From this website, members may access two portals, the Member Account/Billing Portal and the Hockey Information/Program Registration Portal. Each of these portals has separate login criteria (detailed instructions below).

Member Account/Billing Portal (click MEMBER ACCOUNT on right side of page) 

To log into the Member Account/Billing portal, you’ll need your Member number and you will use your last name in lowercase as your temporary password. Once logged in for the first time, you can change your password to one of your preference.  On this site, you will find three links:

1. My Profile: allows you to update contact information and billing email address, and control what information about your family other members may see
2. Member Roster: allows you to search for other GSC members and view contact information
3. Statements: allows you to view current charges, make a payment via credit card or e-check, and print a statement.

Statements are sent via email to the primary email address on file at the first of each month.  When you receive your first statement, please note your Member number at the top and please ensure that the statement is going to the correct email address for processing.

Hockey Information/ General Program Registration Portal (click Sign In at top right of page).  

This process should be used to register for any hockey-related program and all of the social events.  See below for Figure Skating Program registration.

If you have a child that participated in travel hockey tryouts this past spring, you already have your user name and password. Your username is the email address you used to register. You were then asked to set up your own password. If you forgot your password or want to add an additional email address, you can do so on the website through the “edit my account” link.

If you do not have a username and password, please use the email that you used on your membership application and then hit "forgot password".  The system will walk you through setting up a password.  If you have problems accessing the site with an existing account, please contact Lorin Pratley at lpratley@greenwichskatingclub.org for assistance.

Figure Skating Program Registration

You can access the list of Figure Skating Programs on this website under the Figure Skating Tab drop down called Program Registration.  From that page, select the program you wish to register for.  You will then be asked to log in with your member account/billing portal credentials. The first time you access, you will use your last name in lowercase as your temporary password. Once logged in for the first time, you can change your password to one of your preference.  You should be able to register for the program when you are logged in.
