Admissions Committee Update
The Admissions Committee would like to thank all GSC members who participated in the First Annual Community Open House that took place in February 2020. We had over 250 people in attendance. It was a huge success and brought us some wonderful new families who are in the membership pipeline now. We also want to thank all the members who have sponsored wonderful new families to GSC. Sharing your family’s individual experiences of the magic that occurs each winter on Cardinal Road is by far the best exposure for the Club and helps to build our membership!
A few changes to the process….
- The Admissions Committee will now be accepting applications at any time throughout the year. Please click this link for the GSC Application.
- Please submit all new applications and letters of support via email to
- Currently, each full member can sponsor two families, but if you have an additional family to sponsor, please reach out to anyone on the Admissions Committee so we can work with you to find a sponsor.
Please keep in mind that as a full member, the deadline to submit your resignation to the Club is June 1st. If you plan to resign, please send a formal resignation letter via email to
and you will receive an acknowledgment of your email with information on becoming a vacation participant. In previous years, full members were "expected" to resign when their youngest child graduated from the Club's programs, but as some of our member’s preferences have changed, we welcome our members to stay on.
